Splinting in Albany

We offer a full service of thermoplastic, semi rigid and soft splinting options to facilitate optimal recovery from injury or as part of a long term management or functional capacity building program.  

Our Hand Therapist, Michelle, offers splinting consultations which include fabrication of resting, immobilisation, fracture bracing, dynamic splints and working splints to protect an injury, facilitate healing and allow function.  

Available for all ages from children to adults, the splints are made on site, usually on the day of the appointment, utilising all the latest materials and design techniques. 

For urgent fracture splinting – same day appointments can be arranged. We provide all your post-splinting follow-up rehabilitation and include the option of virtual appointments for remote patients.
